To enable Dropshipping for all suppliers follow the below steps:
Go to Settings → Purchase Order and scroll down to the Dropshipping section.
Select the ‘Always Ship To Customer’ option and save the Settings. Once enabled, your customer’s shipping address will be selected as the Purchase Order shipping address.
Optionally, you can also select ‘Always Bill To Customer’ to set the customer’s billing address as the Purchase Order billing address.
To enable Dropshipping only for selected suppliers follow the below steps:
Go to Settings → Purchase Order and scroll down to the Dropshipping section.
De-select the `Always Ship To Customer’ option and save the Settings (if not done already).
Go to Suppliers, choose your supplier who supports dropshipping, and click ‘Edit’.
Select `Ship To Customer’ under the Additional Settings section of the Edit Supplier page.
Click ‘Save’ to save the supplier details.
When you select this supplier, the customer’s shipping address will be automatically selected as the Purchase Order’s shipping address.
