The Products on Shopify can be linked with the Suppliers on the application through the below methods. You can also combine these methods based on your requirements.

1. Vendor Tag
2. Shopify Collections
3. Product Tag

To link the products, go to Suppliers → Choose a Supplier → click ‘Link Products’ on the Products column**.**

Vendor Tag

Choosing the Vendor Tag method is ideal when you have the Vendor Tags in Shopify configured based on your Supplier Information. You can select the Vendor Tag and assign it to your supplier.

Once the Vendor Tag is assigned to the supplier, the products will be synced automatically.

If your setup requires multiple Vendor Tags for the same suppliers, then use the Shopify Collections method. Create an Automated Shopify Collection with all the Vendors selected as the condition and link the newly created Collection to the supplier.

Shopify Collections

This is ideal when the products must be linked with the suppliers based on different conditions like multiple Vendor Tags, Product Tags, Product Types, etc. You can link up to 20 Shopify Collections with each supplier on the application.
