Ultimate Purchase Orders allow you to import suppliers and the linked products to the application using an Excel sheet. This is ideal when you need to import hundreds of suppliers to the application.
To import suppliers, follow the below steps:
Go to Settings → Suppliers & Products and download the Sample Excel template.
Update the Excel sheet with the supplier details and import it back to the application.
You can upload up to 50 suppliers for each import. Suppliers with the same name will be overwritten.
Once the suppliers are imported, you can now import the linked products. If you have already provided a valid 'Vendor Tag' while importing the suppliers, then the products will be automatically linked with the suppliers.
If you need to link products using Shopify Collections, then it must be done before importing the products. For more details about linking products with suppliers, check this article.

To import the products linked with the supplier, please follow the below steps:
Go back to Settings → Suppliers & Products.
Choose the Supplier from the dropdown menu or search for the supplier with its name and click 'Proceed'.
